EUREX Index Futures

Research

EUREX index futures cover the major continental European equity benchmarks — the German DAX, the EURO STOXX 50 and the Swiss Market Index (SMI) — plus smaller-size contract variants designed for proportionally smaller position sizes.

What this family covers

The EUREX index futures complex includes the DAX family (full-size FDAX, Mini-DAX FDXM and Micro-DAX FDXS), the EURO STOXX 50 future (FESX) and the Swiss Market Index future (FSMI). Smaller-size variants allow proportionally smaller position sizes on the same benchmark.

Where it trades

These contracts list on EUREX, the European derivatives exchange operated by Deutsche Börse Group. Trading hours and contract terms are set by the exchange and can change — confirm the current schedule on the official EUREX source.

Session context

EUREX equity index futures trade in sessions referenced in Central European Time. Always check the current official trading hours, holidays and contract terms before trading.
