This policy explains what information Iron Ledger collects, how it is used and the choices you have.
When you request free access, join a membership, contact support or otherwise use Iron Ledger, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, TradingView username, membership details and messages sent to us.
Our hosting and service providers may process limited technical information required to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs and timestamps.
Iron Ledger uses essential cookies required for the site to function, such as remembering your cookie preference and keeping your member-portal sign-in session active. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (anonymized, with IP anonymization enabled) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read and how visitors reach us. Analytics cookies are only stored after you accept the cookie notice, and you can decline them at any time. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some features, such as member-portal sign-in, from working. Where we ask for cookie consent, your choice is remembered in a cookie so we do not ask again.
We use information to provide requested TradingView access, administer memberships, deliver onboarding and service emails, answer support requests, maintain security, improve the service and comply with applicable obligations.
We use third-party providers to operate parts of the service, including website hosting, email delivery, membership checkout and TradingView access. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Payment information is handled by the checkout provider and is not stored by Iron Ledger on this site.
Free-access requests include the Iron Ledger welcome sequence described on the signup form. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. We may still send essential service, access or account communications when necessary.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including access administration, support, recordkeeping and legal obligations. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we process.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Our service providers are located in the United States and other countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards or standard contractual clauses where required.
