Iron Ledger models and related materials are provided under a limited, personal, non-exclusive software license for your own evaluation and use. Iron Ledger provides general, non-personalized research, software tools and educational information. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax or financial advice; manage customer accounts; execute trades; or act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser or fiduciary.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether trading and any instrument are appropriate for you, for configuring the correct chart and model settings, and for every trading, sizing and risk-management decision.
Invite-only scripts, member materials and account access are for the authorized member only. You may not share, resell, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute or provide unauthorized access to Iron Ledger models, code, guides, media or research.
Paid memberships are billed through the checkout provider at the price and interval shown at purchase. The checkout terms govern payment processing, renewals and cancellation mechanics.
No refunds. All payments for Iron Ledger memberships and products are final and non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law. By completing a purchase you confirm that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy, whether or not you use the membership.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and you keep access to the membership until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any period already purchased.
Models, features, markets, automation plans and supporting materials may be changed, refined, paused or retired. Automation is not currently available. Any future automation would be automation software you run on your own account — Iron Ledger does not trade for you — and any future functionality or release timing may change. No model or feature is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
Trading results are not guaranteed. Historical, hypothetical, simulated and replayed results have limitations and may differ materially from live execution. Fees, slippage, latency, liquidity, user decisions and market conditions can affect results.
Iron Ledger and its licensors retain all rights in the website, models, code, research, branding, guides, media and other materials. Limited access is granted only for your personal use while authorized.
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, misuse, unauthorized sharing, attempted circumvention, unlawful activity or material breach of these terms. Provisions concerning risk, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Iron Ledger does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, profitability or suitability for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Ledger is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
