Frequently asked questions

CLEAR ANSWERS BEFORE YOU START.

Straightforward answers about access, setup, execution, membership and risk. Questions are grouped so you can move quickly from "how it works" to "what happens after I join."

Start with the model library or membership if you already know what you are looking for.

What exactly do I receive as a member?
TradingView access to every live member model, setup and execution guides, model updates, and future models released while your membership is active. Founder members also receive access to future automation software they run on their own accounts, if and when released.
What is the refund policy?
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where prohibited by law. You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do I need to understand the research behind every model?
No. The model monitors the conditions it was built to trade. Your chart presents the entry, protective stop, first target and management plan. You remain responsible for deciding whether to participate and for position sizing.
How difficult is it to set up?
Very easy! Setup is straightforward and done through your TradingView account. If you don’t have a TradingView account, you can sign up for its free tier. Once in TradingView, open the correct symbol, select the required timeframe and session, then add your invite-only indicator. Every strategy and model includes exact setup instructions.
Will I need a screen full of other indicators?
No. Iron Ledger models provide a clean execution view and do not require a stack of additional indicators to display the complete trade plan.
Is there any interpretation or subjectivity when the model triggers a trade entry?
No. The chart and entry plan are clear and exact.
What happens if I miss an entry?
It happens—no one can catch every entry all the time. Whether you’re away from your trading screen or the move happens too quickly, trades will get missed. Even with automation software on your own account, the market can move suddenly and there is never a guarantee of being filled at the generated entry price. Each strategy defines its maximum permitted slippage and other entry requirements in its strategy documents. Do not chase beyond those limits. If you miss the trade, you missed it. Another setup will come along.
Can I trade the models for any market and time zone?
Sure. It doesn’t matter what time zone you’re located in. If you have access to one of our covered live markets through your execution broker, you can trade it.
What other markets and instruments will Iron Ledger cover?
A wide range of products and markets are currently in research or on the horizon. The library is expanding beyond index futures into stocks, ETFs, options, commodities, additional worldwide markets and both intraday and swing horizons. These models are not presented as live until their research, validation and implementation are complete.
Is trading automated?
Not currently. Today, models deliver structured trade information through TradingView. Any future automation would be automation software you run on your own account — Iron Ledger does not trade for you. It is in development and is included for active Founder members if and when released. Final functionality and availability may change.
Do the models guarantee profitable trades?
Of course not. There are no guarantees in trading, and anyone who tells you otherwise should be regarded with the utmost caution. While we only publish models that pass our historical backtesting, every model has losing trades and periods of underperformance. Iron Ledger provides a systematic, defined framework built around an identified edge. It does not guarantee outcomes.
What happens after I join?
After payment, provide the TradingView username for the account you want whitelisted. Iron Ledger reviews the membership and sends the applicable TradingView access and setup information according to the stated onboarding process. Do not send passwords or broker credentials.
What happens if I cancel?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to the applicable membership terms. The Founder rate remains fixed while your membership remains active.
What happens if a model is paused or retired?
A model may be refined, paused or retired when its behaviour, evidence or operating conditions no longer justify continued publication. The purpose of ongoing review is to avoid treating publication as permanent when the evidence changes.
Are future models guaranteed?
No. Membership includes future strategies released while your membership remains active, but Iron Ledger does not guarantee a specific number of future models, markets, instruments or release dates. New coverage depends on research, validation and implementation.
Do the model results represent live brokerage performance?
No. Unless a result is explicitly identified otherwise, published historical examples, replays, backtests and simulated results do not represent verified brokerage fills. They may not reflect commissions, fees, spread, slippage, latency, liquidity, missed entries, data differences or live execution conditions.
Do I need a broker or deposit to try the free model?
No broker connection or deposit is required to review the free model on TradingView. You should not trade any model until you understand the workflow, the relevant risks and the implications for your own account.
Does Iron Ledger tell me what to trade?
No. Iron Ledger provides general, non-personalized research and software tools. You remain responsible for deciding whether to participate, what size to trade, which order type to use and what risk limits are appropriate for you.
